The compassionate team at Arkansas Fertility & Gynecology Associates provides state-of-the-art comprehensive infertility evaluation and treatment in a private practice office setting.

We understand the personal nature of infertility and address each patient’s individual needs while providing the finest care available. We offer the full spectrum of fertility treatment including medical ovulation induction, intrauterine inseminations (IUI), donor IUI, in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), embryo freezing, surgical treatment of tubal disease and endometriosis, oocyte(egg donation), gestational surrogacy, and fertility preservation including egg/sperm/embryo freezing. Preimplantation genetic testing of embryos for chromosomal abnormalities (aneuploidy) and for genetic diseases is also offered. 

We also evaluate male fertility including semen analysis and hormone testing. Men with abnormal testing will usually be referred to a urologist or a medical endocrinologist for further evaluation.

In addition to diagnostic testing and treatment of fertility disorders we also provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of disorders of the female reproductive endocrine system including polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), menstrual disorders including amenorrhea (no menstrual periods), prolactin disorders, hirsutism (excessive hair growth), recurrent pregnancy loss and premature ovarian failure (early menopause). Medical and surgical management , including robotic laparoscopic surgery, for endometriosis and uterine fibroids is performed. General gynecology care including annual exams, pap smears, contraceptive counselling and preventative health care, menopause management is provided.

We recognize that infertility treatment is often not covered by insurance. Therefore we will strive to perform only those diagnostic tests and procedures that are essential and avoid extraneous testing that does not provide useful information that will alter our treatment plans.
